A key feature of the plan is a free 24-hour uninterrupted technical support hotline service. Experienced technical staff from Chen Hsong will personally answer calls, accurately receive customer information and requests, provide immediate technical support over the phone, and promptly arrange for relevant departments to follow up and address issues encountered by customers in production timely manner.
The ”Easy Service” plan also includes general business consultation, parts ordering, requests for Chen Hsong technical personnel to visit the factory for service and complaints. This is another commitment to service provided by Chen Hsong to our customers.
