This standard, issued by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, was drafted jointly by CHEN HSONG and several leading domestic and international plastic machinery enterprises. It outlines clear requirements for evaluating green factory practices in the plastic machinery sector, including criteria, procedures, reporting, and performance indicators.
In response to China's first "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Greening of Manufacturing Industry," by 2030, the output value of green factories is expected to account for over 40% of the total manufacturing output value, establishing green development as a solid foundation for advancing new industrialization. The development of the "Evaluation Requirements for Green Factory in the Plastic Machinery Industry" group standard aligns with national policy objectives, aiming to promote the plastic machinery industry's transition towards green, low-carbon, and environmentally friendly practices through policy guidance and standardized management. This initiative aims to facilitate sustained industry transformation towards efficiency, cleanliness, and circular processes.
