Recently, CHEN HSONG Group's self-developed software,"A WinCE-based IO Free Configuration Software," received official recognition from the National Copyright Administration, being granted a computer software copyright after rigorous evaluation and testing.

A WinCE-based IO Free Configuration Software

This software is designed to meet various operational needs of equipment even with limited hardware resources, and to ensure system flexibility with a certain scale of hardware resources.

For example, in a material plasticizing  control system, the number of auxiliary devices can vary according to customer requirements, and the control system can flexibly adapt to these changes. By using the extra IO points in the system for configuration, it simplifies the control system and program, achieving standardization.

The IO free configuration not only improves system flexibility and scalability but also allows for the definition of hardware IO for control objects through online parameter modification without altering the original control program, thus simplifying the engineering implementation and maintenance process.
