Chen Hsong has always been a leader in the industry, focusing on energy consumption issues in the production process and actively exploring green and energy-efficient production methods. As early as 20 years ago, we introduced variable pump technology, taking the first step towards energy saving and emission reduction. With the continuous advancement of technology, we have successfully developed 4G energy-saving servo drive technology, reducing energy consumption by 55%. This is not only a technological breakthrough but also a responsibility and commitment to the environment.
Energy-saving plastic process technolog
Chen Hsong also cooperated with Japanese companies to jointly develop high-end screw designs. This design is widely used in production, significantly reducing the electricity needed for plastic melting while ensuring perfect melting effects, effectively improving product yield, and reducing material waste. The application of this technology further promotes our production towards a green and efficient direction.
Use green energy
Chen Hsong is committed to reducing production energy consumption and using green energy. In 2023, we installed intelligent solar photovoltaic power generation systems in all our factories. This not only provides clean, renewable energy but also helps to reduce carbon emissions, making a positive contribution to the global environmental protection cause.
Meanwhile, we are also conducting scientific research to on advanced heat recovery technology suitable for plastic production. The application of this technology will further improve energy efficiency during the production process, reduce energy waste, thereby lowering production costs and reducing the impact on the environment.
The collaboration between Chen Hsong and BYD promotes green development. As China's largest electric vehicle manufacturer, BYD is striving to achieve large-scale production expansion. Chen Hsong has provided BYD with advanced injection moulding machine equipment worth RMB 500 million (USD 75 million), including nearly 800 medium and large injection moulding machines, to support its production and meet green environmental protection needs. This collaboration not only strengthens our market position in the field of new energy vehicles, but also contributes to China's achievement of the 2060 carbon neutrality goal.

Promote recycling and reduce plastic consumption
1、Sandwich Technology
The core material of the technology is recycled waste plastic, which is then encased in new materials. By using waste plastic as an interlayer material, the amount of recycled material used can be more than doubled. This technology not only reduces the demand for new plastics but also lowers the volume of waste plastic disposal, achieving resource reuse and environmental protection.
2、ALL-Adapt™ Technology
Chen Hsong’s ALL-Adapt™ technology allows the same machine to produce products ranging from ultra-thin-walled to ultra-thick-walled, effectively reducing the amount of plastic used. By adjusting the mold and process parameters, it is possible to have sections of both ultra-thin and ultra-thick walls on the same product. This technology can reduce waste generation, increase production efficiency, reduce the demand for new plastic, and reduce plastic waste.

Developing 100% all-natural, biodegradable plastic and green environmental protection materials
1、BSR: Plastic-free, used for manufacturing disposable consumables, compliant with relevant requirements of plastic bans, certified by the three major international biodegradable material certification bodies.)
2、Low-density straw moulding: Biodegradable material straws have reduced their density from the conventional 1.35-1.4 specific gravity to 0.8-1.0.
3、Low-density biodegradable environmentally friendly plastic bags: Compared to existing technologies on the market, the material is reduced by 30-40%.
4、PETH: high-temperature PET material, no bisphenol A, no plasticizer, high food contact safety level. Self-developed formulas combined with machinery and special moulding processes enable the production of porcelain-like products that can withstand temperatures up to 140 degrees Celsius.
Biodegradable material moulding technology: Low-temperature injection moulding and dynamic plasticization technology enable heat-sensitive materials to be moulded at lower temperatures, reducing material degradation and mechanical performance decay, achieving higher moulding efficiency and higher quality products.)
